Increasing the robot-to-employee ratio doesn’t mean fewer jobs. It creates new ones. Many of these jobs wouldn’t exist in the U.S. without automation. Our process is entirely new, meaning all these roles are as well. A higher ratio simply means greater throughput, not job loss.
