@ScotRail Oh rats! Just realised I booked for 1042 but actually went for the 941, which *was* cancelled. D'oh!

[Helen Donaldson OT @HelenD_OT]

Hey, @ScotRail.
You cancelled my train. The next train would not have got me there on time so I had to travel another way and now you want to charge me £10 to refund my eticket?

[Helen Donaldson OT @HelenD_OT]

@ScotRail 10.42 from PTW

@StagecoachWScot where is the 9.15 X77 service from Prestwick Cross? It's not visible on the live map but there's no explanation.

@preston_jenny That's horrifying! Any indication of a lesson learned as a result of your experience?

[Helen Donaldson OT @HelenD_OT]

@FionaPageOT You don't think the person's sex matters?

@JulieBroseOT There is no "assisted dying" law in the UK and stats like this make me fear the introduction of one, tbh. I'd much rather the exclusive focus was on supporting people to "live while dying" as far as possible.

Really quite shocked to learn that factors most cited by ppl choosing to end their lives early in Canada (MAID) involve environment and occupational engagement - things that should be relatively easy to change. Pain trailing way behind #rcot2021
