@blocknugget @micosmiling @santanderukhelp Yes same just happened to my husband. He definitely has not rooted his phone and has ran a checker. Very unreliable to have your access restricted with zero warning and for no apparent reason

@SuzySparkler @santanderukhelp Yes it's very frustrating isnt it. It's just happened to my husband too for now reason. Ridiculous reallyband no effort to help solve the problem just 'nothing we can do'. We are going to swap over to starling, i have an account with them and it's a much better app too

@santanderukhelp Ok. I dont understand why its saying its rooted though? I've had the phone for over a year and been using it fine. It was brand new to me and I've not done anything to security settings at all 🤷‍♀️ I wouldnt even know where to start!

@Tesco is there a way of flagging when ordering via the app that you are self isolating? We had a delivery yday & left a note on the door, driver told us we should have notified when ordering as he had to go back and bag all of our shopping, but on the app there was no option?
