I’ve been watching @AIW3_official evolve over the past few weeks, and one thing stands out:

It’s not focusing on just one product.

I've been following @GEORGE_FOC for a while and one thing stands out.

Most projects go quiet after launching a presale. GEORGE seems to be taking a different approach.

→ More tools.
→ More GameFi activity.
→ More community contests.

The presale is still ongoing, but there's already plenty happening.

→ Live games.
→ Active leaderboard events.
→ Community participation.

From what I've seen, the next focus is clear.

→ More tool rollouts.
→ More ecosystem updates.
→ More utility.

That's the part I find interesting. It's easy to publish a roadmap. It's much harder to keep building while the presale is still live.

Anyone can launch a token.

Building while people are already using the ecosystem is the part worth watching.

Order block yüzünden kaç kere pozisyonumu erken kapattığımı sayamıyorum artık.

İlk öğrendiğimde çok basit gelmişti. Son zıt mumu bul, order block bu diyip direkt girdim. Fiyat üç mum sonra tam istediğim yöne gitti, ben de kendimi dahi sandım. Sonra bir hafta boyunca aynı mantıkla girdiğim her işlem ters gitti. O zaman anladım, her zıt mum order block değilmiş.

Gerçek order block, kurumların yoğun işlem bıraktığı bölgeymiş. Fiyat trendine devam etmeden önce çoğu zaman oraya bir kez daha uğruyor, kurumlar pozisyonlarını tamamlamak istiyor. Ama bunu anlamak için tek bir muma bakmak yetmiyor. Likidite süpürülmüş mü, arkasından güçlü bir deplasman gelmiş mi, fair value gap bırakmış mı, yapı kırılmış mı, BOS ya da CHoCH var mı, geri çekilme az mı olmuş, hepsine bakmak gerekiyor.

Boğa tarafında son düşüş mumu önemliydi, güçlü bir yükseliş deplasmanı onaylıyordu. Ayı tarafında ise tam tersi, son yükseliş mumu ve arkasından gelen sert düşüş. Ben bunları öğrenene kadar defalarca yanlış tarafta order block işaretledim.

Şimdi işleme girmeden önce kendime aynı soruları soruyorum. Trend yönü ne, fiyat order block bölgesine döndü mü, dönüşte bir onay var mı, BOS mu CHoCH mu yoksa güçlü bir ret mi. Stop’umu order block’un altına ya da üstüne koyuyorum, kârı da dış likiditede ya da önemli salım seviyelerinde alıyorum.

En büyük dersim şu oldu. Order block tek başına hiçbir şey söylemiyor. Trend, BOS, FVG, likidite ve ret tepkisi bir araya gelince gerçek anlam çıkıyor ortaya.

Geçen 2xte ana parayı çıkardım ama sonra saglam bi pump geldi o pumpta da yine baya bi kısmını sattım. Çok fena da hacim dönüyor bakalım daha da pişman edecek mi sattığıma ama olsun kar cebe yakışır. Ama harbiden de benim satışımla pumpı başlatmışlar ayıptır 😂

What has caught my attention over the past few months isn't new project announcements

It's exchanges shutting down, products being discontinued and crypto teams changing direction.

I think there's a much bigger story behind all of this than the individual companies themselves.

Crypto is moving from a growth phase to an efficiency phase.

A few years ago, a strong narrative, a successful funding round, or generous token incentives could keep a project alive for a long time.

Today, that's becoming much harder.

Investors are no longer looking only at user numbers.

TVL alone isn't enough.

Trading volume alone isn't convincing either.

The question now is simple:

Is this project actually sustainable?

The exchanges shutting down, the teams closing products, the companies downsizing, and the projects changing strategy all seem to point to the same thing.

Capital has become much more selective.

Users have too.

That's why projects that:

→ Rely only on incentives to grow.

→ Don't generate real revenue.

→ Depend on rewards to keep liquidity.

→ Constantly need fresh funding.

Are under far more pressure than they used to be.

What's interesting is that none of this is happening because the market has come to a stop.

Quite the opposite.

→ Institutional interest is growing.
→ Stablecoins continue to expand.
→ Tokenization keeps gaining momentum.
→ Long-awaited regulatory progress is finally happening.

The industry is still growing.

But the way it's growing is changing.

I think that's the biggest difference.

A few years ago, the challenge was launching a project.

Today, the challenge is keeping it alive for years.

Maybe the winners of the next cycle won't be decided by the best technology.

Or by the biggest community.

I think they'll be the teams that can generate revenue, build a real user base, and keep operating even when fresh capital stops flowing.

Because the most valuable metric today isn't how many people use your product.

It's whether you can still keep going after they leave.
