We’ve received a new response from OpenSea after their Engineering team reviewed the reveal issue.

Their current recommendation is to re-upload the collection items, as they believe there may have been an issue during the original upload.

We are now confirming the exact recovery procedure with OpenSea before making any changes.

Thanks for reporting this. We’ve confirmed that some HelioRigs are currently showing “NFT is locked and not available for transfer” during OpenSea checkout.

HelioRigs are intended to be transferable and tradable. We did not intentionally make them soulbound or permanently locked.

We’re now checking the live contract, transfer validator, creator-earnings enforcement, approvals, and OpenSea fulfillment path to identify the exact cause before changing anything.

Please send me the HelioRig token ID you tried to buy and the error screenshot if you have it.

I’ll post a clear update once the root cause is confirmed.

⚠️ HelioRigs Secondary Market Update

We found the cause of the OpenSea purchase errors.

HelioRigs are transferable and are NOT globally locked.

Some listings were created shortly before Creator Earnings Enforcement became active. Those older listings can remain visible on OpenSea but may fail during checkout because they were created under the previous transfer rules.

If your HelioRig was listed before enforcement:

Cancel the old listing and create a fresh OpenSea listing.

We have also confirmed successful HelioRigs secondary transfers after enforcement was enabled.

We are validating the refreshed-listing flow now and will keep everyone updated.

HelioRigs are intended to be transferable and tradable on secondary markets. We have not intentionally introduced a holder transfer lock, and the Grid/mining system is not designed to make your NFT soulbound.

Please DM me the HelioRig token ID(s) you tried to buy and, if possible, the exact OpenSea error screenshot or transaction hash. That will let us trace the specific failure rather than guess.

The collection is also still finishing its post-reveal OpenSea propagation, but I don’t want to blame indexing until we verify the actual cause.

I’ll post an update once the secondary-sale path is confirmed.
