Russia has been carrying out attacks against Ukrainian civilians again.

Ukraine needs more Patriot interceptors before winter.
We are calling on Member States that have them in their stocks to provide them to Ukraine.

Member States have also recently agreed how to distribute €6.6 billion in European Peace Facility funds. That means at least €1 billion new funds for joint procurement.

This will strengthen cooperation among Member States on defence and support for Ukraine.

@BohuslavskaKate As for the frozen assets, I would suggest that EU continue funding UA via other methods/sources, & that money be saved for after the war to rebuild Ukraine. Because while terrorussia should pay reparations, we all know that they wont. Either they cannot afford to or wont agree to

If Russia sees that even members of the Coalition of the Willing are unwilling to articulate a clear strategic objective - namely, helping Ukraine achieve victory and pushing back Russian aggression - why should the Kremlin believe that we will have the resolve to defend NATO itself?
The Coalition of the Willing should, at a minimum, pursue three concrete objectives:
First, we need a substantial increase in military support for Ukraine - for example, a minimum of 0.25% of GDP annually - alongside continued support for Ukraine's financial system to help cover the costs of the war.
Second, we should prepare for a military humanitarian mission to protect Ukrainian cities and critical strategic infrastructure from Russia's massive aerial terror campaign.
Third, we need to apply decisive economic pressure on Russia so that its war machine can no longer operate at its current scale.
