@CodeCallum Anytime and one last thing, be very very cautious of accepting a counter offer if you do decide to go with the new position. Quick Google will tell you all about the common horror stories better than I can
@CodeCallum 4. Pretend you are advising a friend on which job they should take based on the merit of the job and of that fails... Flip a coin and regardless what it ends on determine how you actually felt with the result you got.
@CodeCallum Couple of things
1. You will never change jobs and not feel imposter syndrome and/or nervous it's normal
2. Growth feels uncomfortable but when you are retiring one day it'll determine what that retirement looks like
@CodeCallum 3. Companies are not your friends, it's business and they won't be the ones responsible for your downpayment on your home nor will they help you pay it off
@byjono Nah they are... Well used... They are quite in shambles, however we visited cologne recently and they had all four of them still boxed. Toys und Helden
First off, Merry Christmas! ๐
Secondly, if you know of someone going through a hard time, reach out, a small Christmas wish might go a long way.
Lastly if you are that person struggling, hang in there. The sun will rise tomorrow and tomorrow might just be a better day.
I know I don't write, I don't call... But every now and then I just need to pop in and say...
Never watch Betelgeuse Betelgeuse... Its better to pretend it just never happened.
@MarcoCocomello@ItzCandyRox Honestly it depends on what you are looking for in a game. It's basically a dungeon queue simulator
The open world is pretty, but there is little to no reason to "appreciate it"
If you like games that are basically an excel sheet in disguise, WoW is the best one. If not - nah
@IECSouthAfrica the queues in the Netherlands are so bad its discouraging people from voting...
And the setup here is a gazebo with some cardboard boxes...
Disgraceful.
