Hi @ErikaKullberg @British_Airways delayed on our inbound flight and then refused to help us call ahead to get us through to our connection, so frustrating, what are our options now? No more flights for 7 hours 😔

Missed our connecting flight but all @British_Airways had to do was fast track us through and we could have made it. This after asking them to call ahead to say we’d be there. Computer said no. So gutted. Awful service there and back 😔
