We switched up the seating today and I really didn’t know the pure excitement that comes from being the first in the row. Cheers, waving hands in the air with pure joy and calls of congratulations are filling the room right now. Not a bad way to end the week I guess.
Look at this @LMCRoosevelt! I am so proud of these kids for working hard and trying something new. 3G kids have plans for bracelet making businesses while I’m wondering if “teach 3rd graders to crochet” can be my adjusted SGO 🤔.
I love that every single member our our room has a comfy place to learn. 🐥 I also love that we’re able to handle learning while keeping furry friends and fidget toys nearby but not distracting. Good work 3G!
What could be more exciting? Today we learned our first letter in cursive and the 3G kids asked for one more letter so we could write our first cursive word. Check out these two! Next up the kids will be making my anchor charts.
A rainy morning didn’t stop the new 3G kids from having a fantastic first day! I have a feeling we’re a class filled with hard working amazing kids who are going to have an awesome year! 🏫 ☔️ 😃
@ElizabethKachur Planning on uploading videos of my boys and I with hopes that my class will join in their own version of the activities. Dan Gutman gave permission to teachers to read aloud his books and post videos to their classes! I’ll start a new read aloud on Monday all on @Seesaw
