Pretty stoked to be launching Flowsta Sign It.

With Sign It anyone can easily sign any digital files to prove they were the creator.

The cryptographic signature is stored on a publicly accessible Holochain DHT. But also attach your terms, like:

1⃣ How the work is licensed - Copyright, Creative Commons, public domain,etc..

2⃣ Do you give permission for AI companies to train AI models on your work.

3⃣ Has the work been generated by AI either in full, in part or not at all.

4⃣Are you available to be contacted regarding the work, either for commercial use inquiries or for any other reason you choose. Contact is through the Flowsta privacy-first contact system, so you never need to share your email publicly.

Anyone can verify it.

Drop the file at https://t.co/bDHUKwdJDo, or query the API directly — no key required, no rate-limit gotcha tier.

For AI training pipelines: hit the content-rights endpoint to check what the creator actually allows. We want this to become a standard. The schema is open.

For developers: npm install @flowsta/auth or @flowsta/holochain. signFile() and signDocument() do the work in a few lines.

The reason this hasn't existed before: it's only really possible on Holochain. No central database means there's nothing to seize. No blockchain gas means signing is free.

The Flowsta Zero-knowledge architecture means we literally cannot forge or delete on your behalf.

If Flowsta vanished tomorrow, your signatures stay verifiable on the network.

That's not a marketing claim. It's how the architecture works.

All user data on Flowsta is stored on Holochain.

1 public hApp (Holochain App) for public data like Agent ID, DID (W3C Decentralized ID), Display Name and Thumbnail.

Each user has their own private hApp that encrypts all their private data, like password, email and usage meta data.

Nobody can access this data without your password and/or recovery keys. It is mathematically impossible for Flowsta staff or anybody else to access this data without you explicitly granting access.

This is game-changing. True decentralized censorship resistant authentication and data.

All made possible by Holochain.

Our next video will give a sneak peek into the Developer Dashboard for adding Flowsta to any Web app. Not just Holochain apps.
