@PatsKam They’re not spending 5k per ticket. They got tickets directly from FIFA for fan associations or through the lottery which were way lower. The inflated prices are the resale market and are mostly purchased by Americans or people living in US.

@Gavin22j Because they want to keep the 48 expansion. Had to make sure the first time with 48 was a success. Only way to guarantee that is for US to host (who can do it alone easily) and toss a few games to Canada and Mexico to normalize co-hosts for all future WC.

It’s more subtle but his neck is going over his white shirt collar in an abnormal way. The admiral has a saggier neck (irl). Looks like an AI filter to reduce the wrinkles on these old guys gone wrong.
