AI Agent 从入门到落地：我为什么开始关注腾讯 WorkBuddy

过去一年，大家都在讨论大模型。

GPT、Claude、Gemini 不断刷新能力上限，各家厂商都在比拼谁更聪明、谁更强大。

但最近我越来越觉得，模型能力的竞争可能正在接近一个阶段性拐点。

下一轮竞争，或许会从「谁更聪明」，变成「谁更能干活」。

以前很多人用 AI，更多还是停留在聊天窗口里。

写文案、查资料、总结内容、生成一些想法，这些能力当然有价值，但真正进入工作场景以后，会发现回答问题只是第一步。

因为工作里最麻烦的地方，往往不是“想不出来”，而是后面一堆具体动作没人替你做。

比如整理资料、处理文件、生成报告、调用工具、跨平台同步信息，这些东西才是真正消耗时间的地方。

所以我现在看 Agent，已��不太只看它会不会聊天。

我更关心的是，它能不能主动拆解任务，能不能调用工具，能不能把一个结果真正交付出来。

最近体验了腾讯推出的 WorkBuddy，我比较明显的感觉是，它更像是一个执行型 Agent，而不是传统意义上的聊天机器人。

你给它一句自然语言指令，它会自己拆解任务、调用工具、处理文件，最后输出结果。

这个过程不需要你频繁切换窗口，也不需要一步一步告诉它下一步应该怎么做。

让我印象比较深的是，它支持接入 GitHub、Jira、Notion、Google Drive 等工具。

这些原本割裂的工作流，开始被 Agent 串联起来。

这也是为什么最近 MCP 会成为热门话题。

因为未来 Agent 拼的可能不再是单次回答质量，而是能否真正进入工作流程，在不同工具之间完成协同。

OpenAI 在做 Operator，Anthropic 在做 Computer Use，现在腾讯也正式加入了这场 Agent 竞赛。

从某种意义上来说，AI Agent 的竞争已经开始从创业公司之间的较量，进入到全球科技巨头共同参与的新阶段。

我比较关注的其实不是谁先发布功能，而是谁能真正降低使用门槛。

毕竟对于大多数用户来说，模型参数、推理速度、技术架构都不是最重要的。

真正重要的是打开就能用，一句话就能启动任务，最后还能把结果交付给你。

如果 Agent 能做到这一点，那么 AI 进入主流办公场景的速度，可能会比很多人想象得更快。

以前我们说 AI 是效率工具，更多是在帮人提升某个环节的效率。

但 Agent 真正成熟以后，它可能会从“辅助你做事”，慢慢变成“替你完成一段工作流”。

这也是我觉得 WorkBuddy 值得关注的原因。

不是因为它又多了一个 AI 工具，而是因为腾讯这样的公司开始把 Agent 推向真实办公场景了。
