Habang nasa Move It ako kagabi, bigla akong nalungkot for some reason then, one second later, bigla kong nakalimutan kung anong reason 'yun. Sinubukan ko talagang alalahanin pero wala talaga tapos naging okay na ulit ako. Haha! My mind, man. 😅
Edna Mode in THE INCREDIBLES (2004) has maybe ten minutes of screen time and somehow leaves with half the movie. A character so entertaining that an entire generation can hear “No capes!” in her voice immediately.
High school was different. There was a teacher who didn't believe in my potential and made me feel like writing is not for me. But, I kept on doing it because I really loved writing. Even now when I'm burntout with writing as a career, I feel like being a writer is in my DNA. ✨
I realized my potential for writing when my sixth grade English teacher named one of my short stories as part of the Top 3 best in the class. Didn't even know I had a knack for writing back then. Always thankful for Ms. Ren. She's one of the reasons why I chose to be a writer. 🥹
