Trump lost EVERY federal court case trying to overturn the 2020 election because when his legal team went into the court room and faced perjury charges, they caved.
Public statements by Trump attorneys alleged massive fraud, yet when they were in court, they declined to make those same allegations or acknowledged they were not bringing fraud claims.
Even Trump legal member Sidney Powell said in a March, 2021 court filing regarding Trump and the Trump legal team allegations that the 2020 election stolen:
“No reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact.”
Amazon just got caught running a secret price manipulation operation with Levi's, Home Depot, Walmart, and many more.
Every time you "comparison shopped" online, you were looking at prices that were already rigged.
Here's what happened:
Amazon would monitor prices on Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Chewy in real time. The second a competitor listed a product cheaper than Amazon, they'd contact the brand directly and tell them to "fix it."
And the exact emails are now PUBLIC.
Amazon sent Levi's links to two Walmart listings with the subject line "styles of concern." They basically said the prices on Walmart are too low and we have a problem.
The next day, Levi's responded: "I talked to Walmart and they have partnered with us to take Easy Khaki Classic fit back up to ladder SPP price, $29.99 immediately."
Levi's literally called Walmart and told them to raise the price. Because Amazon told Levi's to make the call.
Walmart complied. Then Amazon matched the HIGHER price.
Both retailers ended up charging more. The customer paid extra. Nobody competed.
Same playbook with Hanes:
Amazon sent them links showing Target and Walmart prices were lower. Hanes confirmed they "reached out to Target and Walmart to have the prices increased."
Target increased the prices. Walmart increased the prices. Amazon kept their margins.
But it gets even worse...
Amazon told Allergan (the company that makes eye drops) that their product was "suppressed" on Amazon because it was cheaper on another site.
Allergan responded: "Walmart got their price back up to $16.99." Amazon then unsuppressed the listing.
They did this with pet treats on Chewy. Furniture on Home Depot. Products across dozens of categories spanning YEARS.
The mechanism is simple but terrifying:
If you're a brand and you sell cheaper on Walmart than on Amazon, Amazon suppresses your product, removes you from the Buy Box, buries you in search results, and effectively makes you invisible to 300 million customers.
Brands can't afford that. So they call Walmart and Target and say "raise your prices or we'll lose our Amazon listings."
Walmart and Target comply because they need the brand's products.
Amazon captures 40 cents of every dollar spent online in America. That gives them the leverage to set prices across THE ENTIRE internet. Not just their own platform.
So turns out, you were never comparison shopping.
You were looking at a coordinated price floor set by Amazon through backroom phone calls between brands and their competitors.
"Amazon is working to make your life more unaffordable."
3 separate antitrust trials are now scheduled for 2027. The FTC has its own case. 18 states plus the DOJ are piling on.
This is literally happening during the WORST affordability crisis in a generation. Groceries up 25% since 2020. Housing unaffordable. Wages flat.
And the largest ecommerce company on Earth has been secretly coordinating with brands to make sure you can't find a cheaper price ANYWHERE.
"Competition" in retail is just a fantasy.
@Mappy6984 Lambo guy is a massive douche……. Zero reason to park there to show off your car to your friend. Park in the back of the lot. He’s just lookin for attention parking right at the access ramp to the stores.
@Genuine_Sir@paperstreetsoup@959powerslider@elitomac Flashing blue light when leaders are approaching. They have the green light to indicate race leaders. Why can’t they have a blue light to indicate you’re being lapped.
@mitch_kendra Is Aldon pushing his riders too hard? Curious to know what is going on here. There’s a history of his riders burning out. AP isn’t the first……..
@suzannevierling@WallStreetApes The United States of America was quite literally founded upon the belief of religious freedom………………. So if you don’t like that you can GTFO.
This saddens me because this is actually what happened
While yall are out here screaming about the Super Bowl half time show being the worst, I’m not sure the majority of you understand what just happened. Could the sound quality and some captions been beneficial? Absolutely!! Perhaps it was on purpose, because if the lyrical content and messages were clear, y’all heads would be spinning. But his message was heard loud and clear!
Here’s your cliff notes version:
- Kendrick Lamar is a hip hop artist known for staying true to himself. He has personal issues with another hip hop artist, Drake who has been accused of pedophilia and liking minors and being abusive toward women in general. It’s also been said that Drake threatened to sue Lamar if he sang his song “not like us” on stage and Lamar did it anyway while smiling directly at the camera although He did leave some lyrics out so there’s a rabbit hole for you.
- Uncle Sam Jackson: Samuel L. Jackson appeared as "Uncle Sam," but with a twist. He was telling Lamar to tone down his performance, using phrases like "be less 'ghetto'," which can be seen as a symbol of how we are often expected to conform to the mainstream expectations of society.
- American Flag: Dancers formed the shape of the American flag, Uncle Sam, all the red whit and Blue, I could be wrong but I feel this was symbolizing heading back to the American spirit of being “Proud to be an American”, although it was performed at one of the biggest known satanic rituals of the year, I truly believe God is moving, so just do your research and trust your spirits. Take it at face value, it was very patriotic.
- Political Statement: Lamar's introduction as "Welcome America to the Great Game" was both a welcome to the show and a nod to the political and cultural games being played within American society, challenging us all to think about race, identity, and power.
- Serena Williams: Her crip walking was a powerful moment, especially given her past with Drake. It definitely served as a symbol of personal beefs, with Serena engaging in a dance move from her Compton roots, linked to the Crip gang culture, directly responding to Drake's previous references to her in his music. That’s a whole other rabbit hole if you find yourself interested.
- Drake References: Lamar's performance included strong disses towards Drake, with Serena's dance being part of this. The mention of Drake potentially returning to his old role as Jimmy Brooks (from "Degrassi") and the lowercase 'a' necklace are direct nods to their ongoing feud, where the 'a' refers to an accusation from Lamar's song "Not Like Us." ( a = a minor) I encourage you all to look up the lyrics to this song.
Lamar just used the Super Bowl stage as a platform to make a profound statement all wrapped in a performance that was both artistic and politically charged. So chew on that for awhile or just keep complaining. I don’t care either way. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️🎉🍿
@OldgeekgalReed@Prolotario1 @BonX41A That is referring to permitted oversized/weight loads. Things such as excavators, large off road dump trucks, machinery and things of that nature. Not regular standard semis.
Carlos Hathcock was an American sniper during the Vietnam War.
He volunteered for a daring mission where he spent three days crawling over 2000 meters of open land to reach enemy headquarters.
With precision, he took a single shot that claimed the life of an NVA general. Hathcock then meticulously crawled back inch by inch, evading enemy patrols and searching for the elusive sniper.
By the end, Hathcock, had bed sores from staying motionless for so long.
