@linda_biscanto I believe this was sabotage! Too many devices are in place for determining a leak! They have control rooms that constantly are measuring flows & pressure! Since this was a rupture automatic shutdowns wouldn't have prevented this! Need to find the ones responsible & hang them!

@linda_biscanto There are so many devices put in place that determines leaks & their locations along the pipeline! There are many flow meters & pressure switches along the pipeline & operators constantly monitoring any deviation in pressure! This is a huge leak more like a rupture than a leak!
