You take my life but I'll take yours too, you fire your musket but I'll run you through. White Nationalist, get out of my country. USN Vet Ret. Civilians suck.
Dear @fortworthpd,
Retired federal prosecutor here. I see you’ve blocked @libsoftiktok.
As a public law enforcement agency, you are constitutionally barred from viewpoint-based censorship of citizens on your social media platforms — especially those critical of your department. Courts, including the Fifth Circuit, have repeatedly held that such actions violate the First Amendment.
See, e.g., Robinson v. Hunt County, Texas, 921 F.3d 440 (5th Cir. 2019) (sheriff’s office blocking critics on its public Facebook page constituted impermissible viewpoint discrimination).
I strongly suggest you unblock the account immediately. Chaya Raichik (@ChayaRaichik10) is providing the kind of public accountability and transparency your department could only dream of delivering to the citizens of Fort Worth.

Dear @fortworthpd,
I am writing to ask why the officer involved in this incident remains employed by your agency.
Her conduct constitutes a clear violation of her oath of office and demonstrates a level of incompetence incompatible with the responsibilities of law enforcement. The fact that she is still employed suggests your agency’s well-established pattern of investigating allegations against its own officers and predictably finding no wrongdoing. That pattern is no longer credible.
I respect competent, professional law enforcement. This is not it. The officer should be terminated and her TCOLE license revoked. Given your agency’s track record, however, I expect she will instead be promoted to Lieutenant by the end of summer.
Raise your standards! Anyone who doesn't meet them needs to be working somewhere else. Your agency is a master at building a trust deficit with the public it swore to serve.
