Wallace Estates have time and time again failed their duty of care to families, students and the elderly just so they can line their pockets with even more money. This is deplorable and us residents will not stand for it.

I am taking legal action against Wallace Estates for their failure to fix unsafe buildings. They are letting down leaseholders. Any attempt to evade responsibility is unacceptable. We will use all tools to make them pay what the law says they must. Leaseholders must be protected.
