@Uber_India @UberIN_Support Quite disappointing and worrysome incident happened with me and my family yest, after toiling our luggage to far placed uber zone in bangalore, started raining heavily, we were alredy tired due to excessive travelling along with 6 months old daughter.

I would like to thanks both Uber T1 and T2 representative. I would urge uber to school their drivers to be more human especially with families having kids, elders in difficult climate. Unpleasant experience.

and searched and found purse, not sure if driver wanted to get away, or he was unaware about purse in rear seat. but because of Manoj and Mahendra being so helfup we could get our items otherwise I cant think of going to police station and lodge complaint and what not among

but since our ride was not confirmed, we had no info about him except that he went to T2, we were so tensed about situation that raised and caused us to forgot important bag. Mr mahendra took onto him and started searching all the dzire car and we were lucky that he found the car

After 5-7 mins we realized that we missed the purse having important items in the rear seat, we got so worried given the situation already and asked T1 uber rep Manoj to locate the guy, after bit of verbal scuffle with him he got ready to look into and called T1 uber rep Mahendra

Won't be taking us, in the rainy situation with all that luggage i had to step out of car due to him, not sure how technically he can accept a ride when i loaded all my luggage and sat inside already. I was so angry and missed my wife's purse in his car and driver moved to T2,
