The proposed alignment threatens established residential properties and is causing serious financial and personal distress to affected families.

Our first question is not “what is the relief?”

It is:

“Does our home really have to be lost for this road?”

If alternatives exist, protect the homes first.

330+ affected property owners have secured Interim Status Quo protection from the judiciary.

Think about what that means.

Hundreds of families are having to approach the courts simply to protect their homes while the project moves forward.

Could a transparent engagement with the affected residents have prevented this?

Four years between the Preliminary Notification and Final Notification for the NICE–PRR1 Integration Link Road.

During these four years, affected residents want to know:

• Was an updated traffic-density survey conducted?
• Was a fresh feasibility study conducted?
• Was an environmental impact assessment undertaken?
• Was the alignment reconsidered?

And what happened to the written objections submitted by citizens on 30.05.2022 and 22.10.2024?

What changed between 2022 and 2026?

BDA — the affected public deserves a documented answer.

Why should demolition be the first option?

Before established residential homes are acquired and demolished, the public deserves to know whether BDA examined:

▪️ Vacant state-owned land
▪️ Existing government buffer roads
▪️ Parallel government corridors
▪️ Other unpopulated alignments

The question is not whether a road should be built.

The question is:

Were all reasonable options to protect existing homes properly examined before this alignment was finalised?

Urban planning should make demolition the last resort, not the starting point.

ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ಮಾದಾವರ ನೈಸ್ ಇಂಟ್ವಗ್ರೇಷನ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೈಬಿಟ್ಟು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಾಗಿ ಬದುಕಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಡಿ.
