Ohio University @OhioFootball long snapper @HemerNick made the trip to Eau Claire WI to chase perfection!

Nick wanted to improve his velocity and consistency. He struggled with these because he was sliding his feet and reaching as far through his legs as possible. Once we got him using his core and staying grounded he started to throw a pitch vs launching his body out of control.

All of the drills we did worked him up gradually from the small details and landmarks to moving faster and with better intent! Building a foundation on facts and then building awareness and familiarity around it will help it actually stick.

Nick did a great job! We have more work to do but I’m excited to continue to hold him to a high standard and continue to help him chase perfection!
