Like the MLR article, although written in the register of international courts and tribunal (because that is my 'thing'), there is much in this that is of general relevance to legal institutions, domestic or international.

@leader_kate @jeremy_gans So, less prosecutorial decision-making, and more evidence and miscarriages of justice, but Shreds on BBC on the Cardiff 5 was excellent, particularly the episodes where they go through the recordings of the coerced confessions.
What a fantastic couple of days and thank you to everyone who came and shared their research, especially those who had to leave early to catch trains/planes/automobiles so missed the group photo and last round of cake!
