Yes, this is gender apartheid and we are seeking to codify this under international law.
Thank you @NazaninBoniadi for bringing this message to the @OsloFF stage.
These two journalists who covered Mahsa Amini’s murder are facing a sham trial merely for their accurate reporting. All the while, the perpetrators of Amini’s murder remain free. The trials of Niloofar Hamedi and Elaheh Mohammadi, who broke the story of the assault on Amini, demonstrates the absurdity of the Islamic Republic's so-called justice system. The silence of Western governments only begets more violence by the Iranian regime against its own people. While a new generation is finding its voice, injustice stalks the young people of Iran. Diplomacy with a government that is at war with its own people will never be sustainable. There should be further diplomatic and economic isolation of Tehran. The U.S. and its allies should stop offering a lifeline to the Islamic Republic and give voice to brave reporters like Niloofar and Elaheh.

29) Farid Rashidi is 30 years old. During the revolution of #WomanLifeFreedom Iranian regime agents shot him in the face and blinded him in one eye. He always smiles in his pictures. He says, “They took my eye, but they can never take my hope and smile.”
#MahsaAmini
28) Arvin Salimi is a 22 years old Iranian young man who lost his vision to the bullets of Khamenei's soldiers because he participated in the revolution of #WomanLifeFreedom. He wrote on his Instagram: “To achieve freedom, I give not only my eyes, but also my life.”

1) These are pictures of Iranian youth who have lost their sight due to the violence of the IRGC forces. Their only crime was peacefully protesting in the streets. The IRGC shot these protestors in the face, simply for supporting the revolution of #WomanLifeFreedom.

Niloofar Hamedi, one of the Iranian journalists who broke the Jina Mahsa Amini story, will be in court today.
She faces charges that could result in execution, simply for doing her job.
Please continue to be her voice. Journalism is not a crime.
The totalitarian Islamic regime has no idea of what to do about the millions of women who protest the compulsory wearing of the hijab. They challenge that law daily. Their demand is clear: the anti women, autocratic government and its barbaric laws must go.

Mohammad Ghobadlou, 22 year-old, is at risk of execution in Iran.
He was sentenced for "corruption on Earth" for participating in anti-regime protests. The regime is planning to kill him to deter further protests.
Ghobadlou was denied the ability to choose his own lawyer and beaten in state custody, where he was forced to confess under torture.
Ghobadlou, who has a mental disability, was denied a proper medical assessment about his disability during his brief, sham trial.
Be his voice before it is too late!
Thanks to @NicolleDWallace and @MSNBC for giving me the opportunity to echo the voice of Iranian innocent protesters who are on the death row. Islamic Republic is planning to execute a 22 year old mam who protested the murder of #MahsaAmini. Be our voice.
The Islamic regime in Iran will continue to execute peaceful protesters with impunity unless there’s a swift reaction from the international community.
Once again the Islamic republic has sentenced an innocent young protester to death: the regime plans to execute Mohammad Ghobadloo. Over 200 innocents have been executed in 2023 alone. This regime is acting worse than ever and the EU still balks at labelling IRGC?! SHAME!!!!
Islamic Republic is planning to execute another protester, Mohammad Ghobadlou, for the crime of protesting. We call on the Western leaders to call out Iran’s regime to halt the execution. @AlinejadMasih#Iran
The potential for metaverse technologies to transform education and training is huge. This video shows the impact it could have one day in the workplace and on how we bring the study of subjects like history and science to life.
