@MJ_Esq@JohnHaleCrimLaw This is my concern. @JohnHaleCrimLaw is completely right but it could simply be reworded Prisoner Transport which would be legally correct and just we dehumanizing. If not more so.
@robinparker_law I had it done to me and I came to the defence of a poor articling student who had it done to her. The judges always pick on the young lawyers. It’s disgusting.

@TrueNorthCentre@PierrePoilievre This is one of those ideas that is superficially appealing but is in fact ridiculous. Laws are drafted by specialists using language that already has clear, established (judicially interpreted) meaning. In both official languages.
