Even better. They just tagged it and there is a ton of overhead space available. The worst customer experience. Couldn’t the right thing to do is say”let’s see if there is extra space if we have to tag or not”.

Another strike for @AlaskaAir We have brought a small roller and yeti cooler on every flight and today we were told we have to check the yeti since it doesn’t fit u def the seat but everyone around us is putting their purses and backpacks in overhead bins - makes zero sense.
