Are being to the wrong locations with no resolve. Will not be ordering from Old Navy anymore as I do not appreciate this inconvenience as this is the second time that it has happened to me. I have also spread the word to my family and friends so that they don’t have this problem.

@OldNavy super dissatisfied with Old Navy and it’s customer service. I placed an order to my home address and my package was sent to an address that wasn’t even in my list of addresses. I called customer service right after placing the order and they said there was nothing they

And I now have to go out of my way during a pandemic to go retrieve my package at a location other than where I needed it sent. The website needs to be fixed as I was told by the customer service that this is an error that has been frequently occurring in which customer’s orders
