@LloydsBank I don't really want to discuss on SM and would prefer to talk to someone directly. Why is it so hard to seek help? The phone option is where we are having difficulties. Coukd we arrange a one off meeting in branch with someone?

@LloydsBank We just get a different person every time and a different set of answers...some which are entirely different to the previous person. It's so frustrating and means it's so difficult to support groups with funding to improve people's lives. A point if correspondence would help.

@LloydsBank We're having difficulties where groups are trying to open accounts. There are real inconsistencies to the process and it's making people feel discouraged. Is there someone who can be a point of contact for us? I tried to make an appointment in my local branch but it was cancelled

Tom enjoyed regaling allotment tales and the creation of "spiralling circles" he could see in the beetroot he was printing. We mixed colours directed by Bob, a sign painter previously. An amazing day, uncovering people's past skills and knowledge through creativity.
