So I go through a new car wash in Yakima wa. Right when I go in windshield cracks. I fill out a form and you get back about some crap about we don’t cover windshield cracks. My windshield was fine before this. I asked for video proof and was refused it. Unreal

@InstacartHelp during checkout customer B got scanned for customer A. I stopped the cashier when I noticed and they put the groceries on the side. Called support and they said Costco needs to void it. Nothing worked. Customer service unassigned it and now I’m in review.

@Instacart I did an order today scanned customer B for customer A before we started customers B order I noticed and had them stop and contacted support to get it squared away. Support or Costcos manager couldn’t figure it out so support unassigned the batch. Now I’m in review.
