🌬️ Today, I’ve taken a step to share a breathwork technique that has helped me through the toughest life challenges and allowed me to overcome traumatic events. Breathing became my resource, my way to find balance and strength when everything else felt unstable.

🌬️Not everyone may know, but in my background 11 years of experience in psychedelic breathwork to prepare pregnant women for childbirth and support them during the birthing process.
I’m fortunate to have helped over 1,500 people benefit from this technique, witnessing how it brings calm, confidence, and helps them navigate the incredible challenging journeys.

You need to be enthusiastic about what you work on. This isn’t some hippie “follow your passion” advice of course pay matters. The point is if you devote enough time to something you don’t actually care about, you lose sight of what matters. You stop distinguishing between ends and means, letting the small tasks rob the energy that should’ve gone towards the Big Project. You won’t know what you want even if you had the freedom to take it
