La decisión conocida hoy se refiere exclusivamente a una cuestión procesal y supone que el procedimiento judicial promovido por una asociación vecinal continuará su tramitación ante el juzgado correspondiente.
Por tanto, no existe en este momento ninguna resolución judicial que haya declarado que los conciertos celebrados en el estadio fueran contrarios a la normativa urbanística o a las licencias aplicables.
Asimismo, conviene recordar que la celebración de conciertos en el estadio Santiago Bernabéu está sometida al mismo régimen de autorizaciones y controles administrativos que resulta aplicable a otros grandes recintos deportivos, como el estadio Metropolitano, donde estos días se están celebrando conciertos.
El procedimiento judicial continuará ahora su curso ordinario y será en ese marco donde, en su caso, se analicen las cuestiones planteadas por las partes.
