FACT: On May 22, 2021, Rawan Dakik aged 20, became the first Tanzanian woman and youngest African to summit Mount Everest's peak of 8,850metres.

Rawan has now been named Tanzania's Tourism Ambassador, after summiting the world's highest mountain.
