Lukeian Freedom leader Danny Rodgers has stated that he and his party no longer seek Lukeian Independence. Instead they would like an autonomous Lukeia within the Herbatrean Republic, a status which is to be given the consent of the Lukeian people by a referendum. #LSPP

You can also see how disproportionately large Greater Herbazona has gotten (currently 173 people).

The Herbatrean Constitution allows the Herbatrean Parliament to admit new federal territories without a national referendum and sets out the powers and rights of territories, although Herbatrea currently has no federal territories.

The Greater Herbazona State Council (upper house) continues to use FPTP.

Greater Herbazona state assembly (24 seats) has voted to change their electoral system from STV to Party List-PR meaning they'll now have the lowest electoral threshold in Herbatrea (4.1% for one seat).

GH is Herbatrea's most populous state with 33% of the population.
