Nerf reck, 5 min CD 20% crit for 10 sec
Replace CBR and flag with new, fun abilitys like heroic leap and some new damage dealing ability
Shouts cost no rage and last 5 min.

@Daily_Distract @mbottdk @AggrendWoW Ur only looking at logs where all top warriors use recklessness. The issue is not warrior dealing high dmg it’s a bonkers CD giving 100% crit.

Nerf recklessness, remove some % damage modifiers and give warriors new fun abilities instead.
