The gov has announced its preferred option for Local Government Reorganisation. From April 2028, Hertfordshire’s 11 county, district and borough councils will be replaced by four unitary authorities.

@SigniusNetworks Hi there, residents holding a waste ePass for a car are unlimited in their use of the service. Car epasses are valid for 3 years, van and trailer ePass holders are limited to 12 visits over 12 months and will need to apply for a new van/trailer ePass every year. Hope this helps.
