Disappointed by decision made today @leicspolice to prevent motorists leaving M1 Donnington Services for a parade of motorcycles with no warning or thought for those of us who had urgent reasons to travel. Better risk assessment and communication needed to be undertaken

As we all know LD is not a MH problem although LD services might be delivered by a Mental Health trust. no wonder some people are confused!
