Most UN resolutions are passed under Charter 6 & the fact that they are called resolutions & not laws should tell you all you need to know. ⬇️

However the ICJ declaring something isn’t a legal judgment never mind a Int Law. It should be self evident that a Court doesn’t make law so you are barking up the wrong tree quoting the ICJ so have another go. 😊

considers. Considers doesn’t make Int Law.
