@TerriDrawsStuff This sounds like a faulty unit. You should contact @crowd_supply as we can only cover the units sold by us. You would have more chances if you had contacted them once you received the order.
@TerriDrawsStuff Have you purchased this problematic unit from us or did you make it yourself following the steps and design files on our website? Did you install it yourself or asked a professional? Either way if it was problematic from day 1 why did you wait the ice storm hoping it will change?
@jwpe Unless your boiler/furnace already offers smart functionality or an API there is no other way to control it without accessing the wiring. All consumer solutions require you to do so too.
@TechMenace Covid has pushed everything back and slowed our processes, we also had to modify our design twice before Chinese factories were able to even quote us. Still we don't see units availability for the next 1-2 months unless you would want untested prototypes :P
@TheWinkApp For those who really want ownership of their products try OpenSource. https://t.co/CUgLUdjR4d is only one example for an open smart thermostat with a great community. You can even build it yourself for free! https://t.co/8CgEemeQBH
