I do understand that they can't help every single customer on and off by the way, I'm just so sad for her. Normally the bus drivers are kind and at least park near the kerb and lower the bus for her.. This chap did not.

.@littlegembus so sad that my 92 year old gma with a walking aid was denied any help from the young bus driver today 💔 he said "I get paid to drive the route, not help you on and off the bus, if you need help you need a carer" 😔 dropped her at Dial Road at 1.25pm today.

@EmmaKennedy That is absolutely awful 😔 ours started as £755 but the energy price guarantee capped it at £435 and we got a further £67 off from the energy bills support through @eon_next. Still extortionate at c. £400 for one month, but could have been worse.. Roll on summer!
