Can any of my petrol heads help me? Sent my X1 in for a service at BMW break pads replaced and EGR recall. Used the sat nav to get there, driving home, the connected drive computer keeps crashing, never had an issue beforehand - extra £85 for 'investigation'!! #FEELINGRIPPEDOFF

I think airports and airlines need to review their policies around those with disabilities and mobility needs. You lost a wheelchair from handing it over at boarding - it never made it on the plane - at the other end my friend had no chair...
