Today we lost 2-1 AET to Thuderbridge in the county cup with the score 0-0 at FT. A sterling defensive performance saw the opposition dominate without creating much, with us missing that final ball on the counter. Promising signs that we may actually not lose a game soon 🤞

In our first game we got off to an awful start going 5-0 down to Stevenage Athletic in the first half after an abysmal performance. Eventually losing 5-1. We then lost 3-2 to True Briton Arlesey. Feeling robbed by our poor finishing and refereeing desicions.

Sorry for the lack of updates... I just couldn't be bothered. Unfortunately the club has decided to move from Hexton due to a difficult relationship with another club that use the facilities. We are now the imaginatively named Hitchin Ravens.

Good to get mud on the boots again. First match back ended in a 6-3 loss to a good Slip End United side. They dominated much of the match but we looked good in spells on a pitch that resembled Stamford Bridge 02/03⛱��. Goals from Dilley, Dale & Elliot. 🕸️💨

Good runout today. Had a squad of 8 (including 2 keepers) for the St Ippolyts 6 a side tournament. Boys done good and got to the semis. Pre season starts next week ✊

201718- NHCFL Div 3- 3rd
2018/19- HSFL Div 1- 5th
Says it all when a CM gets top scorer with 8 and a CB gets goal of the season 😬.

Scraped 11 together to play champions-in-Waiting Nirankari, no gaffer either. The boys put in a good first half hour and Could've taken the lead a few times on the break. However a woeful last 10 before the break saw us 4 down. @ArleseyTownAtsu went on to win 7-1 Congrats lads 👏

A nice moment in the second half as 38 year old Ish got a last goal before retiring via the penalty spot. Our season is now over 🕺

@thecoldend @PigandWhistleFC We're not a huge fan, like many things it lacks consistency. In one game an opposition told a ref he's a f*****g c***t with no punishment. The same ref in a different game sin binned our player for saying "are you hallucinating ref?" 🤷‍♂️
