The background looks so peaceful and then there's just THIS GUY chilling there 💀
i love it hahaha

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

some characters don’t need another pretty asset they need a world that feels like it could only belong to them

after working on the emotes, badges and PFP for this character, we wanted the banner to carry that same identity into the entire screen ✨

the old school error windows, corrupted details, warnings and little references weren’t added just to make it look busy they’re all part of the character’s personality and the world we’ve been building around them one character. one personality one world

that’s when people stop remembering individual pieces and start recognizing you

if your character completely took over your screen, what would their world look like?

Vtubers one for the lore people

if your character could leave behind ONE object that tells their whole story without saying a word...

what would it be?
a weapon? an old photo? a broken crown? a letter? something completely ordinary?

we wanna know what it is and why it matters ✨

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

VTUBERS i’m curious
what was the ONE detail that finally made your character feel like yours?
maybe it was the eyes, an outfit, a tiny accessory, a lore detail even something nobody else notices
we wanna hear the little thing that made everything click✨
#Vtuberㅤ

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

A PFP shouldn’t feel separate from the rest of your character it should feel like it was always meant to be there

we’ve already built 13 emotes and a 10-stage sub badge set around this same character and now we got to bring that identity into their new PFP too✨

different purpose. different mood. same character.

because your model, emotes, badges and PFP can all look great on their own...but when they actually feel like they belong together, something changes people stop remembering individual assets

they start remembering You
that’s the kind of identity we love building around💛

if ya ve got pieces you love but they still don’t quite feel like one world yet, come talk to us

#Vtuber #furry #vtuberfr #Pfp

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

VTUBERS forget budgets and limitations for a second..

if ya could take your character as far as ya wanted…
what would ya create around them?
a manga? an animated series? a game? a whole universe? alternate forms? something completely different?

we wanna hear about the version of your character’s world that’s still living in your head 💭

#Vtuber #anime

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

The smallest details are sometimes what make a stream feel the most yours ✨

After working on the emotes for this character we wanted the sub badges to carry that same identity too

so instead of making random icons that just change every month, we built an actual “Error to Entity” progression from a clean file to glitches, warnings, and finally the character fully taking over
same character, different asset, still the same world

if your sub badges could tell a story, what would the final stage become?

Okayy i can finally stop tweaking her lol

new face for this acc i wanted her to look cute at first but the longer you look, it kinda feels like she already noticed something before you did

also yes the little purple thing next to her has a story i’m not explaining that part yet

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

13 custom emotes, one character and a WHOLE lot of personality!✨

remember the sketches we shared? well here's the finished set!

from heart eyes and suspicious looks to absolute panic, getting BONKED and that very relatable sleepy face... every expression was designed to bring a different side of our client's character into chat
because great emotes do more than look cute they become inside jokes, unforgettable reactions and little pieces of your community's identity 💛

now tell us which one would YOUR chat spam the most?
and if you've been dreaming of your own custom emote set, we'd love to bring your character's expressions to life!

13 emotes. one character. a LOT of emotions✨

Currently working on this full emote set for one of our Furry clients and honestly this is exactly why we love custom emotes so much

it’s not just drawing the same face 13 times with different expressions...Every emote needs its own little personality while still feeling unmistakably like their character

sleepy, confused, excited, crying, absolute panic... and apparently getting BONKED too 😭
still in the sketch stage, but this set is already way too fun

which one are ya claiming first?

Vtubers we wanna test something🤔
Describe your character in only 3 words

no lore explanation no context...let everyone else guess what kind of character you are✨

This honestly means a lot to us 💛

getting to work with @maritimekitty again and help bring another part of her character to life has been such a lovely experience

we always want the final piece to feel like it actually belongs to the character not just look pretty on its own

thank you again for trusting YumeArc with your character and for the sweet shoutout ✨

This is the part we love most ✨
taking a character that already means something to someone and finding a new way to show their personality without losing what makes them them

for this PFP we wanted everything to feel soft, thoughtful and a little storybook like

the book the cherry blossoms, the expression, the tiny accessories… none of it was added just to fill space

every detail was there to make the character feel more alive
that’s always the goal with our work
not just to make something pretty but to make something personal enough that you look at it and go

“yeah… that’s my character.”

really loved bringing this one to life for @maritimekitty 💛

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

Why YumeArc?

because we don’t believe a vtuber should feel like a bunch of separate commissions stitched together

your model, panels, overlays, emotes and branding should all feel like they belong to the same character the same personality and the same world

and if you re still confused about what you actually want that’s okay too.
you dont need to come to us with every detail figured out

we love putting our two cents in, helping shape ideas, developing lore finding the right visual direction and turning scattered thoughts into something that actually feels like you.

fully custom. character first. no templates. no copy paste identity.

if you ve got the character but not the full vision yet…

come talk to us ✨

One thing that instantly makes a vtuber feel more established…

when the model, overlays, panels, alerts and even the smallest stream details all feel like they belong to the same world.
it does more than just look nice. it makes the character easier to recognize the stream feel more intentional, the branding easier to remember and viewers start connecting the whole experience with you instead of just one pretty asset.

everything doesn’t need to look identical, it just needs to feel connected.
that’s when a stream stops feeling like a collection of graphics and starts feeling like an actual identity ✨

what part of your stream represents your character the best? 🙂‍↔️

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

Working on a new custom PFP for @maritimekitty ✨

we’ve had the chance to work on this character before so it’s really nice coming back to them again with a completely different little scene
this time we wanted the sketch to feel softer and more story driven

➡️The book, the flowers, the expression
the little details around the character
everything is being built to feel like it actually belongs to them
still at the sketch stage for now, but we’re already really liking where this one is going

if ya ever want a PFP that feels built around your character instead of just being a pretty portrait, our DMs are always open 💛
#vtuber #pfp #pngtuber

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

One thing i think people underestimate about vtuber lore...

The most interesting part usually isn’t what happened to the character
it’s what that event changed in them

➡️Did it make them more guarded?
➡️More reckless?
➡️More loyal?
➡️More afraid of losing someone?
➡️More obsessed with proving something?

That’s usually where lore stops being “backstory”
and starts becoming personality

so lore heavy vtubers...

what’s one event in your character’s past that still affects how they act now?
#vtuberlore #Vtuberㅤ

[YumeArc | VTuber Studio @YumearcStudio]

From rough ideas to the final set ✨
all 5 custom chibi panels are finally together

We wanted each one to feel like its own little moment while still clearly belonging to the same character and the same stream

➡️Tips
➡️Socials
➡️Rules
➡️About
➡️Credits

Different expressions, Different poses, Same identity
that’s the part we love most about custom stream branding not just making things match...
but making them feel like they actually belong to you

if ya could turn one part of your stream into a custom chibi scene, which one would ya pick first?
