Ordered a Samsung flagship phone as prime customer. Delivery date got scheduled after 7 days. Whats meaning of '1 day delivery' advt if you can't deliver a phone,in the middle of a metro city !

@AmazonHelp Boss .. just say whatever is showing is FINAL. We can't do anything. Whatever be the reason Amazon Fulfilled phone delivery shouldn't take 7 days to reach a metro city pincode. That too for prime members.

@AmazonHelp Rather than addressing the logistics issue, and finding out why it's taking so much time, you are sharing the T &C. Such a shame! As l pointed out earlier my location is eligible for all types of delivery including 1 day delivery. Amazon is delaying the shipment. Please resolve.
