The Adventure Board Season is coming to an end! 🙀

TGE is very close now, which means big changes are coming for Adventure Board too!

👉 Points counted towards the first season will be frozen at the start of Season 2. It will start closer to TGE
👉 At the start of the second season you'll be able to receive Proxy Tokens based on your points total and the value of your contribution to the game's development while completing AB quests

‼️ If you haven't connected your OL account to Adventure Board yet, now is the perfect time. If you don't connect your account before the points freeze, you will not be able to receive your Proxy Tokens.

Thank you for your feedback during the first test run!
It really helped us realize a few important things and make meaningful changes to make the economy consistent and sustainable.

From August 20, 12 UTC to August 25, 12 UTC, we’ll be running another test that includes these adjustments, to make sure the economy is in the best shape by the TGE date:

1) Using higher rarity gear is now more efficient – better results for your efforts.
a) Recharge speed up costs for higher rarity gear has been reduced
b) Charge overheat speed for higher rarity gear has been reduced – slower overheat means you can visit more islands in one day!

2) In previous updates we introduced return of resourses(wood, stones, ore, etc.) when merging your items. As a result of this - additional catolyst costs associated with these resources when using lower level items when merging will go away as well.
IMPORTANT: lower level of luck of items used in merge will still result in increased catolyst costs, same as before.

On August 25 the Withdraw button for your Murrmic will unlock and you'll be able to transfer the chest to Open Loot. Earlier we noticed an issue with the distribution of badges for the Founders Rewards Program, and we don't want this situation to repeat, so we needed to take a bit more time to double-check the withdrawal mechanism. We understand that additional waiting isn't pleasant, but user experience is our top priority.

You can claim the reward within 6 months from the button activation. You'll be able to open the box closer to TGE!

Before the TGE, $SHARDS Proxy Tokens will be used instead of $SHARDS. Proxy tokens function the same way and will be exchangeable for $SHARDS once the TGE takes place.

While meowkles are preparing the latest update, get familiar with the Catolyst!

Catolyst is WorldShards’ premium currency, obtained by exchanging $SHARDS Proxy Tokens or $SHARDS Tokens at the in-game vendor Catolyst Supplier – Mr. G at a 1:1 rate in Meowtown, or by trading between players on Open Loot. It replaces direct token spending and helps stabilize Web3 gameplay costs.

Purpose of Catolyst:
