@reelkimshady Try finding the time to do a few smaller hikes to get yourself ready. There’s always The Y or Rock Canyon that are both right over here on the mountain. I would suggest Rock Canyon trail more because it has a bunch of bridges you can use as turn around points

@reelkimshady The beginning is the most difficult part because it’s up a semi steep rock face but compared to Timp it’s easy. Timp almost killed me and I also hiked delicate arch in Winter which adds difficulty points. I’d give it like a 6.5/10 on the difficulty scale

@madelynowil I’m 0% an expert but something I’ve found that helps MY hair is doing a conditioner wash between shampoo days. So like I only wash my hair about every other day and will use only conditioner, no shampoo, on one of those hair wash days. Does that make sense?
