For all new & existing validators

Sphinx 1.2 release includes:
👉 Fixes to node syncing issue
👉 Fixes to validator crash issue
👉 Improvements to RPC response time
👉 Node installer script now preserves existing settings
👉 Ability to use existing node config as default values when updating
👉 Internal & External IP address is now prompted during installation
👉 Passwords are now hashed immediately & never stored as plain text

CLI 1.2 release includes:
👉 Stake/Unstake command now prompts the user for private key
👉 IP address & Validator ports can no longer be changed from the CLI
