@stevemagness I'd argue that a good parent or coach teaches the kid to fish (for motivation) rather than just force feeds it down their gullet. The US high school approach to sports is an example of force feeding in too many cases, kids can't be kids enough.

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a really long time and it’s taken a while but the Body Coach Foundation is now an officially registered new charity.

I believe that movement and fitness has the power to transform lives and everyone deserves access to the resources, facilities, and programs that help them get moving, feel good, and live healthier, happier lives.

The Body Coach Foundation will offer grants to organisations who bring people together through physical activity - including local sports clubs, youth groups, community initiatives, and smaller charities that are making a real difference.

We have a team of wonderful trustees and we’ll be sharing more soon about how people can apply for funding and grants.
