3. Say NO – yep! Say no. Before you say yes to something or someone ask yourself --
Is this in alignment with my why?
Does this benefit my business?
Do I really have time for this?
I read once if it's not a "Hell Yeah," then it’s a NO!

So here's the deal -- decide at the top of the day (I do this the night before or early in the AM) the 3 biggest income-producing activities of the day. These are the 3 big items -- if nothing else was completed today and those 3 things are you have moved the ball way forward.

2. Focus on income-producing activities every day – entrepreneurs can run around in circles, our schedule is our schedule and we manage what we need to ---- this can be both a problem and a good thing because your day can end up productive or on YouTube all day!
