A day after Spain imposed sanctions on Jewish settlers, they lost all electricity for hours without any explanation. Yesterday Britain lost control of its air hours after they imposed sanctions on Israel.
We are dealing with the most sophisticated terror group in history.
I really hate how you guys describe romance as something you just sit down and experience happening to you and not something you're actively participating in.
The jury being filled with nurses and school teachers yelling at one man to ignore the brutal killing of the kids and follow the rules they want him to, is too on the nose.
She don’t wanna live in Milwaukee dawg. You found her in Miami and next man will find her there… she just so happened to stay long enough to watch you sign a max contract and have 2 kids with you. Chess not checkers.
She wasn’t having a crisis because she didn’t have an education, career or sense of purpose
It was because she wasn’t on yachts and posting pics on IG with LV bags
An ugly truth a lot of women don’t want to hear:
A woman announced she was getting divorced and asked for encouragement. The replies immediately filled up with women posting their “married vs. divorced” glow-ups, dramatic weight loss, new hair, new clothes, gym bodies.
Why did becoming single suddenly motivate you to give yourself the effort you stopped giving while married? Sometimes women get comfortable in their marriage. They stop prioritizing their health, appearance, intimacy, or effort. Then the relationship ends and suddenly it’s gym memberships, diets, new wardrobes, and “watch me glow.” And if your spouse previously encouraged you to get healthier, somehow he was the villain.
If you can lose 50, 70, or 90 pounds for the dating market, you were capable of investing in yourself while married too. Sometimes the “glow-up” isn’t evidence that somebody held you back. Sometimes it’s evidence that you stopped showing up until you needed to attract somebody new. And if you repeat that same pattern, get the new relationship, get comfortable, stop putting in effort, you didn’t break the cycle. You just changed men.
This is why you should be careful when people tell men that marriage is “just a partnership,” that male leadership is oppression, and that submission is slavery.
They’ll reject the idea that a husband is the head of his household until something goes horribly wrong.
Then suddenly the question becomes: “Where was her husband? Why didn’t he notice? Why didn’t he protect the children? Why didn’t he get her more help?”
So which is it?
You cannot strip a man of authority when discussing decisions, then resurrect his leadership role when it’s time to assign blame.
Nobody remembers “head of the household” when the conversation is cooking, cleaning, independence, or personal choices.
But when tragedy strikes, suddenly he was supposed to foresee everything, manage everything, and prevent another adult’s actions.
Men should choose wives extremely carefully not because a husband is responsible for every decision his wife makes, but because society may still judge him by the consequences of a household he was repeatedly told he had no right to lead.
You cannot demand equal adult agency and then assign one adult responsibility for the other adult’s choices.
Authority without accountability is privilege. Accountability without authority is a trap.
Erin just admitted what everybody already knew, female sports reporters get into sports reporting so they can fuck & marry pro athletes.
But we have to pretend otherwise b/c misogyny or something.
I called this back in July. Cities are going to end contracts with Flock to make you feel like you've won the battle against mass surveillance.
And as soon as you stop paying attention, they will re-install the same exact technology under a different name.
@Covert61 She dated Mort Zuckerman, Republican editor and publisher of USNews & World Report. He supplied the jet that flew her around the country for demonstrations and rallies. Fish met Bicycle.
My favorite thing about Ms. Steinem is that she married a rich guy who completely financed her vanity magazine where she preached for women to become independent.
Saw this two years ago with my sister.
She and her friends, all 45 years old at the time, talked each other into getting divorced. 5 broken families, and now they're all miserable.
