YouTube actually taking me places I never imagine I would have business with. Seeing the brightest smile from people that won't even care to talk to you and seeing people offering to help at any slightest opportunity. Time to lock in again man.
Most reason people give up on YouTube is simple. They are busy with their own idea. Trust me your idea doesn't count. Just figure out how this shii works.
Why do Nigerians like attacking one another. Whites also do this. He's a player with so many record and it's obviously a privilege to play with that kind of legend. Nothing bad in admiring those ahead of you. This has nothing to do with Nigerian footballers.
I used to pray for times like this mehn.
Monetization next.
Did it with no mentor and no course btw. Just multiple trial and failure, learnt a lot on the way.
If you’re a newbie, I’ll advise you get a mentor fr fr.
You might be applying consistency in a dead end. Spend more time researching than executing. Give your trial limit, so that people coming behind you won't leave you behind.
Your first 100 subscribers is the most difficult. Why? People believe they are helping you.
Your first 1000? People feel they might be missing out. Bit easier
Your first 10k? People don't want to miss out. Easier
Your first 100k? People beg u to pin their comment/reply. Easiest
made this video half asleep
dozing off every minute
forcing myself to push through for an hour just to finish it
never thought it would hit like this
God abeg 😭🙏

YouTube does not reward consistency. It rewards adaptability.
This is the single biggest myth in the creator economy. Show up every week. Build the habit.
Stay consistent and the algorithm will reward you eventually.
It will not.
YouTube does not care that you uploaded on schedule. It cares whether each video performs.
Posting a bad video on Tuesday is worse than posting nothing at all because the algorithm now has fresh data confirming your channel underperforms.
Consistency without adaptation is just consistently shipping content that does not work.
Here is what actually moves the channel.
You ship a video. You read the data after 7 days. CTR, retention, returning viewers, average views per viewer. You compare it against your last 5 uploads.
If it underperformed, you do not double down on the same format next Tuesday because "the schedule matters." You change the variable that broke.
Wrong title format. Test a new one. Thumbnail not clearing the 10 foot squint test. Redesign.
Hook losing 50% of viewers in the first 30 seconds. Rewrite. Topic outside your audience's actual interest. Pivot.
You adapt. You test. You ship the next video with the new variable. You read the data again.
This is how channels grow in 2026.
Not through religious posting cadence. Through ruthless iteration.
Consistency does not win.
Adaptability does.
