@atrupar This wasn't an interview. At an interview a journalist asks a question and then listen to the answer, not interrupt and talking over the guest. She didn't interview him, she argued with him. Very unprofessional.
@post52001455065@LadyDemosthenes@akicif Yes, they do, among other things. Why do people travel to Rome, to Dubrovnik, to see Great Wall of China etc?
Not all, but many do.
@other_europe It's not. For many reasons. One of it being nobody with a sane mind don't want to give up their rights nor centralization of political and other kind of power in one place. The more federalization, the less power to the people. And that is exactly what Bruxelles wants. No, thanks
@LadyDemosthenes@akicif This is one of the reasons for Europeans to travel to the US to see that. Likewise, Americans travel to Europe to see this:
That's the whole point of travelling abroad. Your state being massive has nothing to do with that, what kind of argument is that?
@LadyDemosthenes Of course you can. But let me ask you this: why travel at all? What is the point of travelling? If your only goal is to move from one place to another, you can "travel" within the state or city you live in. So you spend even less.
@WalkerAmerica Technically, true. But the thing is, European countries did have documents known as charters, statutes, or legal codes. It just wasn't called "constitution". You should read history more.
@Elsinbama@BryceMLipscomb@NATO If you make an agreement with someone, sign a contract, it creates a contractual obligation for both parties. If you are not willing to fulfill your part, then you are not trustworthy. Others will eventually stop buying from you. It's $150-$300 billion annually.
@Elsinbama@BryceMLipscomb@NATO And the reason why the delivery is delayed is that the US unplannedly used up a good portion of its supplies in the war with Iran, so it reached for what was supposed to be delivered to customers according to contracts.
@Elsinbama@BryceMLipscomb@NATO That's not the point. The point is that Ukraine need those, canceling is not a solution and wouldn't achieve anything. The US would still be unreliable supplier.
