The 2019 Upper School Football Tournament drew to a close at lunchtime today. The final was thrilling with great attacking and brilliant defending. The Upper School Football Tournament runners-up were Kings F.C. with DY Ballers winning the overall tournament. Well done.

The Lower School Football tournament for 2019 has come to an end. The final was played at lunch time today. The lower school runners-up are Friends and the tournament winners this year are Livercity. Well done.

Year 6 leavers' disco is underway. Everyone is enjoying the music and the food.

The Junior PCSOs have completed their training and were out on Petersfield Road this evening promoting road safety.

It’s BBQ lunch today - we are all eating in the quad area.

Year 4 children are learning about healthy eating with a Quorn based cooking demonstration today - they are having a great time.

Bikeability for Year 5 children has started this morning.

We are supporting the Midlands Air Ambulance charity this year and we had a great time looking at the helicopter pod yesterday.

Some of our Year 4 children took part in an athletics tournament yesterday. They came second and returned proudly wearing their medals.

Class 4.4 won the competition to name the new dragon outside Hall Green Library. The children attended the naming ceremony this afternoon. The name they suggested was Hallegren.

Tonight has been the first session of the new tri-golf club. The weather wasn't very kind to us so we had to come indoors. It was still great fun.
